[78-L] Emile Cote

What i know is that he was  a conductor, arranger  of  light opera / light pops music during the late 30s into the 50s.  He recorded dozens of  transcriptions for Lang-worth and possibly other transcription companies. He also  recorded some  Victor Smart sets of choral music.
