[78-L] Emile Cote

Many years ago when I first started posting to 78L, I asked if anyone had any biographical information about Emile Cote, (an accent on the last "e").  Typical of this list, this question inspired a long string of responses - nothing to do with Emile Cote, but all to do with how to put an accent on an "e".

Now that there must be a lot of different people on this list who weren't here back then, I thought I'd present the question again.  Does anyone know of any biographical information about Emile Cote, and information about where his recordings were made.  Cote made so many records but if you Google his name, you find nothing except a few items for sale, (and lots about other Emile Cotes).  I find this astounding when you can find all sorts of biographical information about people like Mona Bates who, as far as I know, only ever made one record.
