EXCEPT...the turntables rotated at 78rpm...but the needle was NOT
suitable for 78rpm phonorecords...! They later kinda corrected that...
but their new "bigger" needle was NOT diamond...and the abrasive
nature of shellac 78rpm phonorecords RAPIDLY "ate" sapphire
needles!
