The probability of inadvertently sending a message to inappropriate recipients is directly proportional to the potential embarrassment this will cause.

At least it's not "you're right, that guy Steve is the biggest jerk I've ever encountered", or "my darling, if my wife finds out I'm gay it's all over for me" or "the bomb supplies should be here by seven".
