One of the producers, who saw my website www.denvernightingale.com,
contacted me a few months ago asking me about Murray's artist rights
regarding his Victor recording of "Goodbye Broadway, Hello France" (with the
American Quartet). I told him Murray didn't own any artist rights regarding
this record. He also asked for a transfer of the disc, which I allowed him
to use.
