Certainly rather "Teece" than "Teez" - spoken German doesn't have voiced consonants at the end of words (even where they are written they are always pronounced as their voiceless equivalent). Carefully pronouncing final -b/-d/-g as written (insteda of correct -p/-t/-k) is a common mistake by non-native speakers of German.

"gro-FAY" is probably rather correct, as the name is usually spelt "Grofé" with an accent on the final E.
