[78-L] English 78 with Turkish singer

I purchased an English Parlophone with a Turkish singer:
Parlophone DPT 15 Ahmet Gazi Ayhan, Ankarada Yedik Taze Meyveyi & Tahta 
Kurusu Turkusu mx Co 4203
While American 78 with Turkish music are rather common and I am collecting 
quite a lot of data about them, this is the first English one I see (apart 
from pre-1935 records pressed in England for the Turkish market when there 
weren't plants in Turkey).
Anyone know what this DPT series was for? All Turkish?
