Don't worry, not electioneering! Just bringing up a similar thing.
Last night on Late Nite with Conan O'Brian he did a bit interviewing two
DJs from "cool jazz 87" with a turntable and a pair of ElectroVoice
RE-20 mics on the table in front of them. The bit was that the soft
easy mellow sounds of cool jazz can make anybody forget the problems of
the financial meltdown.

I don't know about you, but I am starting to know what Eddie Cantor felt
like. I think a lot of us have 78s with songs that are quickly becoming
appropriate and timely again.
