[78-L] Please, put 78-L on hold for me!

I have tried every possible method I can think of including going to the web 
sit and writing Ron but I cannot get 78-l stopped until I get my computer 
fixed and I am afraid my mailbox will get full unless I do.  
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can accomplish this?
