[78-L] Source for 10-inch LP inner sleeves

If you have a paper cutter handy and can trim the top a bit, and don't mind 
about 1/8 of an inch sticking out of the jacket, fine. Don't forget, ten-inch 
jackets were pretty much all made tight enough to hold the disc with no inner 
sleeve. The Lord Buckley RCA is one of the few very late ones with a printed 
spine and enough room for a sleeve.
