[78-L] Source for 10-inch LP inner sleeves

The ones I bought from Tom Hawthorn were ones he had custom made. Like old 
department store envelopes, light paper, flat, die-cut hole. I got the last of 
them (and sorry, I'm using them..they're also great for inserting into ten-inch 
album pockets that have frayed or split or housed grungy discs that you've 
cleaned).

I wonder if CABCO's supplier would make a large order to specs? They never got 
back to me about cheap sixteen-inch sleeves either.
