[78-L] Fw: recording times

I remember my Mother's Roberts had 3 speeds, maybe an engineering after 
thought. It did 3.75 and 1 7/8 switched by a hi/lo switch, and if you 
applied a larger sleeve to the capstan, it would do twice that, 7.5 or 
3.75 ips.

Roberts later became Akai.
