[78-L] kostelanetz materials donated to LC]

Surprised to see that this is just going to LC now.  I thought it was 
already there.  Around 1970 I went thru the discs of the weekly 
recordings of Kostelanetz's broadcasts at LC from the early and mid 
1930s.  It was one of the ways I determined when lacquer discs started 
to be available.
