[78-L] UK Columbia matrix RHCO 4566

Hollywood (the H) and Radio Recorders (the R). Beyond that, I know not..M&M 
were on Columbia briefly in the early 50s and went back to Decca in early 1955. 
(Their 1955 recordings are in the supplement to the Decca Books Volume 4, for 
some reason.)
