There were many nice vocal and operatic records, and some nice classical sets, many of which I already had. The gem for me was Columbia Masterworks 129, with Stravinsky conducting a "Symphony Orchestra" in the Rite of Spring. The matrices are LX 1027 and onward. It is old style blue label, imported recording, and the set itself looks like late twenties or so. I'd be grateful for any further information about when and where and with what orchestra it was recorded. The discs are practically mint, and the sound is very fine.

Paris, May 7th and 8th 1929, unknown orchestra (probably a Paris studio group, which was largely composed of members of the Opéra and Opéra-Comique pit bands).
